An Airport Board has been developed by a past council and shall consist of citizens and shall have been residents of the city of Albany, MO for at least two years immediately prior to their appointment. No member of municipal government shall be a member of said board. Further, at least (2) members shall be persons who have held or at present hold a Department of Transportation pilot's license or military pilot's rating. |
| The members serve three year terms. The board meets once a month in regular public session. | |
